Our journey started in March 2021 when we opened Optimal Performance Golf (OPG) in Maple Grove. At OPG, every guest is family, served with respect, individualism, and a sprinkle of fun. Our on-site restaurant at OPG was Paulie's "starter kitchen," but now, with Paulie's, it's the "real deal."
At Paulie's, we put food first. You'll relish upscale comfort food with an Italian American twist. We've reimagined the dishes from our own upbringing, crafting refined flavors while keeping that cozy, homey feeling. And, our bartenders craft creative, mouthwatering cocktails for you to enjoy.
Paulie's isn't just about food; it's about fun. We've integrated entertainment into your dining experience with two Full Swing multi-sport simulators. These are perfect for any occasion, from birthdays to reunions, bringing people together with over 14 sports and games to enjoy.
